BALUK RENING BEACH FOR THE HEALTH AND RECREATION

Baluk Rening beach located in the sub district of Negara, Regency of Jembrana and Province of Bali Indonesia.Sand of Baluk Rening beach is not so beautiful than sand of Sanur beach, Nusa Dua beach or Kuta beach.Sand of the tree beaches is white sand whereas in Baluk Rening beach is black sand.
But sand of the beach Baluk Rening and water of the beach is have the sepecial thing for the health. That can recover some of healthy disturbance like rheumatic or asam urat. to be submerged on the beach or to heap on the sand of beach can make the body more fresh.
Of course to go there must be in the afternoon or in the morning. The located is about 4 kilometers in the west of main street Denpasar - Gilimanuk.
I like to go there with my Family on the weekend. I like swimming or just sight seeing for the refreshing after one week for the activity's in the office.
